Organizers of Fashion Week productions are maintaining a course of low-key yet vital activity timed with LA Market Week this October. Set to dovetail with market in the apparel showrooms and trade shows at the intersection of 9th Street and Los Angeles Street in downtown LA, Fashion Week Los Angeles is slated to run October 14 through October 21. Events will open with Concept Fashion Week at Ace Gallery October 13-17 and conclude with LA Fashion Weekend at Sunset Gower Studios October 21-23, 2011.
